ZSC Courier provides professional courier and logistics services, including but not limited to:

  • Warehousing and distribution solutions
  • Specialized transport for temperature-sensitive and high-value items

  • Real-time tracking and logistics management

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Prohibited Items

You agree not to ship the following items:

3.3 Packaging Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that all shipments are properly packaged to withstand normal handling during transport. ZSC Courier is not liable for damage resulting from inadequate packaging.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Service Fees

Pricing for our services is based on factors including weight, dimensions, destination, service level, and any special handling requirements. All prices are subject to change with notice.

4.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless you have established a credit account with us. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4.3 Additional Charges

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Residential delivery or pickup
  • Remote area surcharges
  • Fuel surcharges
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Storage fees for unclaimed packages
  • Return shipping for undeliverable items

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in a service level agreement. Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs delays, or other factors beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Attempts

We will make reasonable attempts to deliver packages. If delivery cannot be completed, we will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup as appropriate.

5.3 Signature Requirements

Certain shipments require signature confirmation. By default, we may leave packages in a secure location if no one is available to sign, unless you specify otherwise.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1 Limitation of Liability

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited to the declared value or $100 per package, whichever is less, unless additional insurance is purchased. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities
  • Delays in delivery
  • Damage resulting from improper packaging
  • Loss or damage to prohibited items

6.2 Insurance Options

Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase at the time of shipment. Insurance claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery or expected delivery date.

6.3 Claims Process

Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 30 days. We reserve the right to inspect damaged items and packaging before processing claims.

7. Technology Services

7.1 API and Integration Services

Access to our computer integrated systems and API services is subject to additional terms and conditions. API usage is monitored and subject to rate limits.

7.2 System Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our technology platforms. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our systems, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ZSC EXPRESS INC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
